GymDiet USA wasn't built in a university lab or a corporate office. It was built the hard way through years of training, failing, researching, and consulting with coaches, dietitians, and sports nutrition specialists to figure out what actually works.

Our founders don't hold medical degrees. What they hold is something just as valuable: over a decade of lived fitness experience, thousands of hours studying sports nutrition research, and direct relationships with certified professionals who reviewed every major piece of content on this site.

Hey, I'm Ahmed and I've been obsessing over gym nutrition for over 6 years.

I started GymDietUSA because I was frustrated. Frustrated with overcomplicated nutrition advice that didn't work for real people with real lives. Frustrated with supplement companies pushing products over results. And frustrated that good, honest, free nutrition guidance was so hard to find.

I'm not a registered dietitian — and I'll always be upfront about that. What I am is someone who has spent 6+ years in the gym, personally testing keto, high-protein, vegan, low-carb, and standard macro tracking approaches, studying the research behind each one, and consulting with certified nutrition professionals to make sure everything I publish is grounded in science not bro-science.

Every article, meal plan, and calculator on this site was built with one question in mind: "Will this actually work for a real American trying to hit their fitness goals?" If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't go live.
